Kings Hospital, Colombo 5

Kings Hospital Colombo is the latest ultra-modern multi-specialty 120 bedded corporate hospital located within the ‘Hospital Zone’ of Narahenpita, Colombo. This project is a complete renovation of formally Oasis Hospital, keeping some parts of the original structure and newly added floors. Kings is about compassionate and high-quality medical care of international standards, best clinical outcomes with a focus on value-based healthcare. Hospital has facilities to provide Dental, Renal Medicine, Orthopedics & Joint Replacement, Paediatrics & Neonatology, General Surgery, Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine, Urology, Internal Medicine, Gynecology & Obstetrics, in addition to a Wellness Center. Southern Hospital at Galle

The 50 bed Hospital in a rigid urban locality in the city of Galle, was taken over by the Practice at a latter construction stage, the facilities available in the building includes, operating Theaters/Labs/Labor rooms/ ICU and other facilities. An extension to the building was introduced provided with a colonnaded entrance to add color to the structure. Special consideration was given to thermal comfort and energy efficiency in selection of materials and finishes.

Refurbishment of Lanka Hospital Ltd, Colombo 5

Refurbishment of Patient Rooms, Laboratory, Lobby and Consultation areas, in the General Hospital with 350 Beds including Labs, Investigation areas, and other infrastructure facilities. The total floor area of the building is 34,000 sq.m at 10 levels. Lanka Hospital is the largest private sector hospital in Sri Lanka. The Lanka Hospital Diagnostics (LHD) is the largest medical laboratory designed by RWPL as a state-of-the-art laboratory in Sri Lanka. Services provided – Total Consortium.

Hemas Hospital at, Wattala

A General Hospital with 100 Beds including Theatre Suites, Labs, Investigation areas, Radiology, Patient Rooms, Consultation Rooms, ICU and Theatres, Ambulatory Care, and all other infrastructure facilities. The total floor area of the building is 14,500 sq.m at 5 levels. The hospital was wwarded the Best Building in 2009 by CIDA. Services provided – Total Consortium.

Golden Key Eye & ENT Hospital, Rajagiriya

Eye and ENT Specialty Hospital with 75 Beds including theatre Suites, Lab, Investigation areas, Patient Rooms, Consultation Rooms, ICU, and all other facilities. The total floor area of the building is 9,500 sq.m at 11 levels. Services provided – Total Consortium.

Hemas Hospital, Thalawatugoda

Hemas Thalawathugoda is 4 Storied 60 Bed secondary care General Hospital, in the out skirts of Colombo. The hospital includes Theatre Suites, Lab, Investigation areas, Radiology, Patient Rooms, Consultation Rooms, ICU, Gyn and Obs Unit, Dialysis Unit, and all other infrastructure facilities. The total floor area of the building is 7,300 sq.m at 4 levels. Services provided – Total Consortium.

Lady Ridgeway Hospital, Refurbishment of Theater Suite

The Theater suite was na dilapidated condition, and the Refurbishment of Commn areas and Lobby converted the space into a child-friendly area. The visuals were obtained from Kala Keerthi Sybil Wettasinghe’s children's books and illustrations popular in Sri Lanka.

City Hospital at Puttalam

A proposal was done for a secondary care hospital at Puttalam for an 80 bedded facility with services such as Patient Rooms& wards, Theatres, ICU, Emergency Unit & Dental Unit. Services provided – Architectural.

MDK Hospital, Horana

Situated in Horana, a satellite town, MDK was a refurbishment of an existing building to include all facilities as a secondary care Hospital with 75 Beds. Facilities include Theatre Suites, Labs, Investigation areas, Wards, Consultation Rooms, ICU, Staff Facilities etc. and all other infrastructure facilities. The total floor area of the building is 8,000 sq.m at 6 levels. Services provided – design and architectural.6 levels.
