The building is located in Colombo CBD abutting a major traffic route. The focus of the project was to give a new out look to the exterior and interior of the building, in order to heighten the function of the building in the setting provided with a modern appearance. Cladding has being used as an envelop material for easy maintenance and as an energy saving solution.
